Foster Knives was started six years ago by gun and knife enthusiasts who wanted to see designs not offered by other companies, but more importantly just for the love of knives, firearms and other cool products.

Our knives and designs are available on a limited basis depending on what we have scheduled and what our customers are asking for. For a look at past designs, take a look at the Retired Models section. If there enough demand, there's always a possibility of doing a limited run.

Right now we're focusing on building our 1911 folder, both in a manual version as well as a truly great scale release dual action automatic. This is the original and best production 1911 styled folder. Since Foster Knives began this has been our top seller and continues to be in demand
